Does anyone have the prices and rules from GG6 pertaining to upgrading a freighter with weapons, shields, hyperdrives, etc. etc.

My group want to buy a Tractor Beam. In GG6 it is without "F", in SW SAGA it needs license. How do you handle it? I think that smaller-weak TB should be without license, while big ones should be licensed or even restricted.
