I'm without my laptop until the replacement power cable comes in the mail, so I can't look this up myself.

What is the wording of the sentence/full quote that basically says: "It is expected that you will come up with new rules as you need them, etc."?

Yeah, but did he cite the page it was on? I can't remember this, I'll have to look up his siggy now.

But yeah, I was a bit surprised that Error didn't remember this. And I had the RAW right beside me when I saw his OP, so I figured "WTH, I might as well cite it..."
