Just out of idle curiosity.
What (if any, of course) is your favourite rule in SW D6? That small - or not so small - mechanic, that just makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside?
For me, its how, when you fail a Stamina test, you can immidiately attempt a Willpower test of one level higher difficulty, and if you pass, you can keep going, making any further tests to drive yourself against Willpower from now on. Mind over matter! _________________ Plagiarize! Let no one else's work evade your eyes,

I like the freedom of multiple actions. It makes combat and movement so much more cinematic than any other RPG I've played, with the exception of Feng Shui, but the game is supposed to play like a action movie. |

Raven said it: MAP _________________ Blasted rules. Why can't they just be perfect? |

Agreed but there was a house rule i encountered that was an alternate rule for the lightsaber combat force power. Instead of adding your Sense to the roll you have 1/2 your sense dice to ignore MAPs for lightsaber combat. eg sense 6d = 3 free MAPs. |

...Mine was the scaling rules out of the Star Wars Rules Companion. Scaled up lethality of combat considerably, & made combat & maneuvering more cinematic. _________________ The man who thinks he knows everything is most annoying for those of us that do. |

1. Use of CPs to enhance a skill roll.
2. Wild Die
3. MAPs
4. Force Points
All designed to make the game heroic and cinematic. |
