(Update: I started this thread back in 2010 to show some of the equipment cards I made for my Star Wars game back in the late 90s. That was in an era when you couldn't just Amazon stuff, and in order to expand my game I had to make up equipment, locations, aliens, etc.

I recently (2016) started running Star Wars again, this time for my wife and kids. I figured since I was always one to make stuff up, I would continue my "card catalog" as I had before. Thanks for looking and enjoy.)

I had back in my D6 days a photo album full of 4x6 cards with equipment and characters on them. I thought it was lost to the maw of oblivion...

this is a weapon used occasionally. I wonder if anybody will use this stuff...

in english it says-
Powerfoil

damage: STR+2D+2 (max 6D)

note: a "civilized" duelling weapon. Also popular with pirates. The powerfoil is designed to defeat armor, and so subtract 1D from physical rating of target armor.

This is the type 20. In my Star Wars Universe, Soro-Suub is kinda like Sears & Roebuck back in the day. I reversed "range" and "damage". The Type 20 is used for sniper fire, but can also kill vehicles. It was originally built for rich guys to kill big animals with (like something to kill a rhino or elephant with in real life). Its low rate of fire is how I justified the rest of its stats.

The Rubesian laser pistol is a one off, hand made weapon made by Rubesians. The crystals that make up the beam emitter are only found in a few places in the galaxy. no two are alike, and there are differences in each weapon stats. usually they are brightly colored, almost organic in design, and bordering on gaudy like anything else the rubesians mess with...
