I have about 35 of them... If you can meet me on AIM or something maybe I can hook you up...
For the record, West End's Star Wars books are now kinda "abandonware" in that while it's technically illegal to do e-book copies, West End themselves do not mind since they are no longer published, you are not hurting their sales so unless West End decides to prosecute (they won't, hell, I personally know that they LIKE that we would rather have a PDF copy of THEIR books than go out and buy the d20 ones... ) then you're fine. |

I've got quite a few already, but I'm always on the lookout for things I've missed. What is your AIM name? _________________ The only words of explanation you need for any concept in the entire Star Wars universe are the words Science Fiction and Space Opera. |

Yeah and I think most everyone has the two you have, but it's ok... We're all here to share, even with new people with nothing, you can just get em and share 'em with the next newbie with few books, that will make up for your not having them to start. |

That's right. We're not working on a direct exchange here. I first started sharing my pdfs, because I was so grateful for the people who had scanned them in the first place that I wanted to do something in return. Since I didn't know who those people were, and there was nothing I would have been able to give them in return, I decided to to the next best thing, which was to help my fellow D6er.
But now the movement seems to be growing, with people who actually own some new books willing to add theirs to our growing collection, and that's just marvelous!
So I feel any newbie with no pdf whatsoever should come in here and try to gather as many as they can, and then share them with other people in need. And if they ever come across some book we would want to have, maybe they'll feel like going through the painstaking work of scanning them for us (as always, I 'm happy to get those scans and clean them up and turn them into nice pdfs). |

Any D6 newbie probably needs to visit that thread anyways just to get WEG sourcebooks as it hard to do so for the actual books. You need to check places like ebay and hope that you can find what you're looking for, then you hope that you can get it for at least what it cost brand new, if not less. _________________ FLUFFY for President!!!!

I was searching google for Star Wars spaceship deckplans. I'd been looking on and off for a couple of days and found a link to a PDF share comment by Gry that was about 2 years old (cheers for that one matey!) and I found a small slice of heaven.
Excellent site and nowt I can say that's wrong with it. Its members are friendly, polite and helpful (pretty darn rare IMHexperience).
Anyways, keep up the good work guys! Cheers. |
