Do I get a medal?
How about:
Darth Smallberries
Darth Yaya
Darth Big Boote |
Nope, because you're wrong. Dark Father would be Mörk Fader, where Mörk isn't even roughly spelled or pronounced as Darth...

I wanted Darth Starkiller.
But then Lucas changed it before filming. |

Check it out. Darth Bane started using the title again after Kaan's Brootherhood of Darkness got tricked into using the Thought Bomb.

"Bane" is what his father would call him, because he was the "Bane" of his life. When he decided to change to a sith, he took the tittle along with a new name, what his dad used to call him. _________________ "I believe the Jedi are weak so they give up their emotions. He took the title Darth before manipulating Kaan, actually, a bit before he killed Quordis. _________________ Hotaru no Hishou; a messageboard about games, friends and nothing at all.

Go with a Latin derivative then for Luke? Darth Philius? _________________ __________________________________

Before the prequels came out, all of our Darth names came from words that had the "in-"prefix [ala Darth (in)Vader]. Some of my favorites were:
Darth Capable
Darth Sane
Darth Disposable
Darth Continent
Darth Credible
Darth Trepid
and, of course,
Darth Ebriate.

I once saw someone use the screen name "Darth Lapidus", after the pilot guy from Lost. I think it looks like a pretty cool Darth name.
On the other hand, I once wondered aloud about the names of members of the second string of Sith lords. They can't ALL be superstars, right?
- Darth Annoyus
- Darth Aggravous
- Darth Smaul
- Darth Imputus
- Darth Impotous
- Darth Flatulous
- Darth Inapproprion
- Darth Inebria
- Darth Anemix
- Darth Prematus
- Darth Immatus
And so on, and so forth... |

Another idea. In honour of Spaceballs, I looked up helmet in Dutch to see how Dark Helmet would translate.
Unfortunately, it works out as Darth Helm. That isn't really sinister enough.
If you translate helmet to German, you get Darth Sturzhelm. That a little better, I suppose.
In French, helmet is 'casque'. In Italian it's 'casco'. So how about Darth Cask?
Using ancient Greek, we get Darth Perikephalaia. Uh, maybe not...
Star Wars languages use a lot of Sanskrit. How about Darth Zirastra or Darth Ziraska?
Using Latin we could get Darth Cassis or Darth Galea. These two look pretty good, IMHO. I might just use one of these for a future d6 adventure. |

I don't think Darth Cask would work. Well not in Australia any way. A cask here is cheap wine brought in a box with a foil bladder. Its drunk by Bogans and is really cheap and nasty.
Hey maybe it would work for a down trodden Sith Lord _________________ "I take orders from just one person: Me!"
