This this is cool, and way too amusing to just keep hitting the sounds. One sound request for it, The Wilhelm Scream, a staple of almost all things Lucas and so many other movies: SW at 0:38 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cdbYsoEasio |

This is very interesting prog, well done. I have done a bit of work to collect a sound library for our SW games. What I did was extract sound files from a couple of old Lucas Arts PC games. So I have now loads of SW effects, music and ambient sounds to use. It's great (even though it might be a bit illegal copyright-wise?), there are hundreds of tracks to play with.
The only real problem is to find a good rpg sound software which would allow the simultaneous playing of music and effects, looping etc. I am currently trying out RPG Audio Mixer. It's pretty basic a program, but so far the best of the few free ones there are. I don't suppose anyone knows a good program like that?
Oh yeah, I am new member by the way, joined just yesterday. Great forum you have going on here! |

Cool app.
A suggestion, I noticed some of the larger sound bytes seem open ended which I like. At the same time having to scroll down to shut them off was a bit annoying. If it was possible to click the button again to shut the sound off or have the shut off in a more centrally located position.
But again Great App. |

I think I need to go bleach my brain now. *shudders* _________________ __________________________________
Before we take any of this too seriously, just remember that in the middle episode a little rubber puppet moves a spaceship with his mind. |

I believe that the announcement on the Star Wars website indicates that they will be updating the new Sound Board with new sounds every Friday through the summer, including on May 15:

These are excellent quality sound clips - I hope they continue to do this for some time.
Anyone else have good suggestions in terms of audio software to use during gaming? |
