1/2 cp to advance for Meri

Has anyone heard of the 1/2 cp to advance rule iv herd it applies to the Meri race

Meris can choose their specialty in Medicine, first aid, or agriculture and advance it at half normal cost.

It's half cost to increase one of agriculture, first aid or medicine. It doesn't state specifically, but as a GM I would say it would be 1/2 cost, rounded up... so increasing from 1D to 1D+1 would still cost 1CP, but 2D to 2D+1 would cost 1CP as well.
