Awhile back, I found stats for bows in Star Wars...
And I found them again...
http://www.verminary.com/rebellion/beyond_bows.html
I always figured that these would be useful for the Scouts Campaign that my group and I are in. |

Thanks ray, those are sweet and add a bit more flavour to the game! _________________ "My schooling not only failed to teach me what it professed to be teaching, but prevented me from being educated to an extent which infuriates me when I think of all I might have learned at home by myself." - George Bernard Shaw |

My personal favourite is the Sat'Skar
http://www.rancorpit.com/satskar.shtml
In the hands of the right Coynite, you can slice a man in half before he has a chance to draw a blaster. Also my fav because it takes away from the myth that all good fighters need a reliable blaster to make it. |

"Hokey religions and ancient weapons are no match for a good blaster at your side, kid."
I think Solo said it all.
Though the lightsaber has it's uses, too, as demonstrated in the quote below:
(on getting throught blast doors)
"We knock. Real loud." (Luke Skywalker, brandishing his lightsaber) _________________ There is no emotion; there is peace.

Lightsaber. I've been taken with them ever since the original trilogy came out. Thought I'd check the stats for various character's I'd created to see if I'd choosen any one particular type of blaster, but most often I find just a simple blaster pistol listing without a type. I've got several Jedi characters, so I guess that makes choosing the lightsaber even easier. _________________ FLUFFY for President!!!!

how about the simple knife. legal, affordable, concealable, rugged, no power failures, doesn't run out of ammo, and all sentient beings from primitives to spacers fear getting cut. the coolest part is you can make one out of a spoon. _________________ Biggest Hat Ever! |

Fo' Shizzle, muh Nizzile. Get 'em in certain materials, and they also won't show up on a weapons scan.
And can be thrown.
And really, *REALLY* helpful in cutting yourself out of restraint webbing when you're stuck in the wreck that was once your ship.
But if you really want a back alley intimidator... A small Vibroblade. The sound of it alone will make people cringe in fear. |

I'm very partial to the BlasTech A-280... The Rifle the Rebel Hoth Troopers used in the Trenches... Beastly gun that is. Does the damage of a Light Repeater in a Compact size, Accurate as anything, Durable ( obviously capable of withstanding harsh conditions as it worked on Hoth). Plus, it is made using the STG-44, German Assault Rifle from WWII, the prototype for Assault Rifles. Kinda Sexy if you ask me. |

And more likely to make Crunch get in a really bad mood.
As 18 Stormtroopers who were killed/severly injured can attest, that's a bad thing. And that was when he was angry enough to forget that he had his Force Pike.
Oh ya! Force Pike! Heavy damge and stun setting. It's what you use when you want to hurt something more than just poking it with a 10-foot pole! |

The good old Lord Vader Force throttle. Nothing like that sound their neck makes as you start grinding their vertebrae with telekenesis.
Second would be a lightsaber.
Then Force Lightning.
And finally a good ol' DL-44 heavy blaster pistol.
All of these are from style points, not practicality. _________________ Ooo, a droid! Can I fix it?
