When a force user has battle med up they are at -2 map correct? Also I would like to know how this works( the Jedi’s enemies lose 1D for
every 4D she has in her best Force skill, in an attribute determined by the Jedi) does this mean the power is then maxed out at 4d right?
Also a character with a lightsaber skill can parry blasters without the lightsaber combat ability right? |

Battle Meditation needs three actions to activate, so -2D MAP, correct. The power is not maxed at 4D, it has a 1D effect (penalty for enemies, bonus for allies) for each 4D the Jedi has in his higher Force Skill. So if the Jedi has Control 8D, for example, the effect would be 2D, if he has Sense 12D, the effect would be 3D, and so on.
I don't think you can normally parry blasters without the Lightsaber Combat Force Power activated. The text says "Finally, the Jedi may use lightsaber combat to parry blaster bolts as a reaction skill." Which to me means he CAN'T do that just with the basic Lighsaber skill. I would allow an occasional non-Force assisted blaster parry, but with a much higher difficulty and only if it benefited the scene. _________________ "He's Gry Sarth, of course he has the stats for them." |

That is discussed somewhere else in here (don't remember where). I believe the concensus was a very high difficulty to block a blaster without Lightsaber Combat (like Heroic + 10 or more). _________________ Blasted rules. Why can't they just be perfect? |

Yeah, I don't think it applies to the Jedi performing the meditation.
Also note that WEG contradicts itself in the example they give. In it the effect (bonus or penalty) is equal to the Jedi's higher Force Skill, not 1D for each 4D... _________________ "He's Gry Sarth, of course he has the stats for them." |

The jedi is in meditation. I don't think she can do anything else. _________________ Phalanks
