I've got a crapload of WEG books, so if anyone needs to know if a specialized piece of equipment exists or whatnot, if there's official print on something, don't hesitate to ask i'd be more than happy to check up on it

That is great considering many books are no longer available.

Actually the person GMing our Starwars games lent his books with all the cybernetics rules to someone and hasn't seen them since... That was 5 years ago. So if anyone has the rules for cybernetics that would be a really great thing to add to the site |

Thanks LocTaal
I'm sure the GM will love this.
Extra dark side points is a bit of a worry though. I guess I'll just have to be careful not to slaughter indiscriminately after any upgrades. |

No problem. That RiMPack is my favorite cybernetic enhancement. I'll post more later. _________________ "Mind what you have learned. Save you it can." --Yoda

My copy of Gundark's doesn't have anything like that. Galadinium's does have a Dissuader, but it's not a blaster pistol. It's a non-energy weapon. Here's the stats:
Fantastic Technology wrote: | Kelvarlek Dissuader
Another non-energy weapon, but one that packs a particularly nasty bite to it. The Kelvarlek Dissuader forgoes the use of traditional solid rounds in favor of metal-jacketed cartridges filled with borless acid. The recipient not only takes damage from shot, but the acid's effects continue to dissuade the would-be attacker from further interest in you and yours. A built-in laser guided sighting mechanism makes this a small but very respectable piece of hardware to have in a bad situation.
Model: Kelvarek Consolidated Arms Dissuader KD-30
Scale: Character
Skill: Firearms
Ammo: 6
Cost: 400, 30 (ammunition clip)
Availability: 3, F
Fire Rate: 2
Range: 50/75/100
Damage: 3D; 3D acid burn damage for three rounds unless character has hardened materials which resist acids.
Game Notes: Internal laser sighting system automatically adds +1D to firearms rolls if the user takes a full round to aim (in addition to the standard aiming bonus). |
EDIT: That quote was verbatim, so it appears that the Model name "Kelvarek" (sic) is a typo, since it's spelled "Kelvarlek" everywhere else. _________________ Ooo, a droid! Can I fix it?
