Has anyone converted their books over to PDF format? Or does anyone know where I could find some of the books that I already have in an electronic format? The site that I previously used is no longer up.
I've found electronic copies pretty useful to make copies of the maps, deckplans, or character sheets without having to press my hard copies down onto a photocopier. Photocopying is a great way of destroying books, and WEG does allow for printed copies of some material to be handed to gamers for personal use.
DISCLAIMER: I am not advocating the distribution of copyrighted material other than as a backup copy of those materials that one may already have. |

I've seen a few out and about on the 'Net (Usually through File Sharing), but, as I don't own many books, nor a scanner, I can't do it myself.
I would suggest using these, WEG isn't going to profit from 'em any longer, even if bought legitimately, except that there is a current Licence holder with really big, mean lawyers out there, so I won't.
That's one of the reasons I enjoy the Internet Pages that companies put up, as they almost always have PDF files of the more common items a group needs (Character Sheets!). |
