We have a character in our group.... (sigh, different than the other one) who thinks that 6D in strength isn't ENOUGH damage, so he is going to use his wookie claws. What damage do they do?
Yes I'm well aware that he will be hunted down or banished from his clan if he is witnessed doing this.

STR+1D. I got the answer from page 66 of the Shadows of the Empire Sourcebook; Snoova is a dishonored Wookiee bounty hunter who uses his claws in combat.

also, the claws, according to The Shadows of the Empire: Snoova Character discription, he's a dishonored Wookie bounty Hunter, his claws (and I assume all wookies) inflict STR+1D to Damage.

I mean really, 3 minutes.. I had to go and grab my copy of the Shadows of the Empire source book, and it was all the way in the other room!!! What do you have this stuff stored in long term memory or something!!!

Actually, I only kinda sorta remembered it, but the Information Age made getting at the info happen a lot quicker. I remembered that there was a Wookiee bounty hunter who used his claws in combat, but couldn't remember which book it was in. So I used Wookieepedia to figure out the character's name (searching for "wookiee 'bounty hunter' claws"), and found Snoova. I then checked the wiki's listed sources for the right sourcebook to look in (Shadows of the Empire), and opened up my PDF of that sourcebook on my PC. Clicked over to the "Fringe" section, found Snoova, et voila...STR+1D. All without leaving my chair. 8)
And darkclown...don't forget that as a GM you may find occasion to show your own sense of humor on down the road where this player's character is concerned.
