|
|
Hi, I'm new to the forum and still trying to figure some things out. Last year when I first stumbled upon the Rancor Pit (thanks, Google), I found and downloaded a pdf for Starship Pricing that I believe was made by Krapou.
I made some excel sheets to do the $ calculations as well as be printable pages that can be handed out to players or stashed in piles of other character sheets and random notes for the game I am running. Not sure if there is any interest in other people using these, but I don't know how to post files to the forum...
The Capital Ship Price Calculator is 2.68 MB, and the Starship Price Calculator is 1.34 MB.
If anyone wants to see the sheets, I can e-mail to you, or if there is a way to post things to the forum (I checked the FAQ and didn't see anything), please let me know and I will do so. _________________ Gamemaster at Large |

Glade to help... I use box.net... and a couple of the fellow Rancor Pit people(?) have their own websites (Vong to name one) who are usually happy to post stuff on the forum or on their sites!!! _________________ "Well hello Mister Fancypants. Nothing for all transports though? I tried to do a scout ship and it shot me down saying that my ship was too small for the consumables. _________________ Xynar

I hadn't thought about scout ships. I put these together for a Clone Wars game I running and the group consists of two Jedi and their (non-clone) companions and was more interested in starfighters than transports/scouts.
If you go into the 'Cost and CP Elements' tab of the file and scroll over to the Consumables table, you can change the Size Restriction numbers on the table so a smaller ship can carry more food 'n stuff. _________________ Gamemaster at Large |

Just found an error with the Capital ship file. In the CP column in the Backup Shields row, the formula is grabbing the shield strength of the main shields. To correct this, change the formula in cell C20 to look like this:
=IF(B20="",0,IF(VLOOKUP(B20,'Cost and CP Elements'!AV:AW,2,FALSE)<=Template!B5,INT(VLOOKUP(B20,'Cost and CP Elements'!AV:AX,3,FALSE)/2),"Your ship is not large enough for shields this powerful."))
Anywhere in C20 that you see B19, change it so that it says B20. That should correct the problem. _________________ Gamemaster at Large |
