There are a couple of fan works out there that try to cover the clone wars. First, there's the Galaxy Guide that a couple people from the Forums here did. Apart from that, any individual ship, vehicle, equipment, or weapon stats will be listed separately in one of the fan books that Gry did.

I am currently running a Clone Wars game and I got a lot of the background info I am using from wookipedia. As as ships and equipment go, I am using Gry's books. _________________ Gamemaster at Large |

Starfighters can be cobbled from a number of sources:
Z-95 (Star Wars Sourcebook)
Cloakshape (Dark Empire Sourcebook)
C-73 Tracker (Pirates & Privateers)
Toscan 8-Q (Pirates & Privateers)
...other material can be gleaned by fanbooks (or even WOTC if you have Conversion material). _________________ The man who thinks he knows everything is most annoying for those of us that do. |

I noticed a lot of the heavy ground vehicles from the Imperial Sourcebook that were not in the original trilogy (the Juggernaut for example) seemed to have appeared in Episode III.
Although the Imperial Sourcebook is an original trilogy sourcebook, I'm sure a lot of the vehicles may be appropriate for the Clone War era.
The Victory Class Star Destroyer has been listed in many original trilogy sourcebooks, and those entries specifically state that the Victory Class Destroyer is a Clone War ship. I'm very certain the Victory class was depitcted at the very end of Episode II and throughout Episode III (namely just as Obi-Wan is departing for Utapau). _________________ "We attack under cover of daylight. Unfortunately, Lucasfilm seems intent on not showing the Victory-class if it can be helped (I've only seen it in the old PC game Rebellion), or even really acknowledging it's existence.
That's a sore point with me since that's my favorite Star Destroyer class. _________________ The man who thinks he knows everything is most annoying for those of us that do. |

There is a disparity in the dimensions of both versions of the Juggernaut, which is why the Extended Universe named the smaller one that appeared in the Imperial Sourcebook the HAV/w A5 and the larger one in ROTS the HAVw A6. Both apparently existed at the same time in the Republic / Imperial military.

The ships at the end of AOTC (and seen during the Battle of Geonosis) were Acclamator-class assault ships, which are glorified troop and materiel transports bristling with weapons. The vessels seen in ROTS are Venator-class star destroyers, which are hybrids of battleship (complete with heavy guns on the side) and aircraft carriers.
Sadly there has been no sign of any Victory-class star destroyers anywhere in the movies. Perhaps the upcoming Clone Wars tv series will put an end to that.
And I don't believe that the Republic fleet at this time were only restricted to these three classes of vessels. There are probably dozens of other classes in the fleet. In fact there is also the Tector-class star destroyer seen in Return of the Jedi, which is a Imperator / Imperial-class without any hangar bay.
In the Droids toon there was the star destroyer know as the Demolisher, which is of an unknown class. They could possibly be used during the Clone Wars. _________________ The Enteague Sector | Cracken's Collection of Crackpots
