evil might be evil, but there are a few races who use the force to hunt and such and they are not Dark Siders so I do think it does make a difference. I would still give them Dark Side points for using powers that states (USE OF THIS POWER GIVE A DARK SIDE POINT)

hmmm, but its not your belief that what you do is evil. Palpatine was just trying to make the galaxy a better place. Vader was just trying to save pademe. so they are not evil, right?

See their drive force was good, but the way they did it by manipulating people and killing people for no reason but to gain power and priviledge that is what was evil and off course they where Sith and Jedi so by their very nature they where either evil or not allowed to use Rage/Fear, etc to give them power

But yes I do agree with you 80% but my 20% is what I keep for myself and I know this is true and everything you say is lies by the Jedi to make me follow their rotten ways - lalalalalalala - i can't hear you speaking anymore

Of those alternate force traditions, the only one i could see allowing it's users to utilize dark side powers but not turn over to the dark side is the Jenessari. Since it has been bred into them (from what i remember of the novel I jedi) that they use their powers for the defense of themselves and their people.

Thanks for the help, but the thing is, i am a noob at DMing and i think my stupid gand plAyer hasn't been rasing force stats right. Also the Era is around 21 ABY. The Jedi academy is open but the vong have yet to arrive. I mean so far there problem are dark sith that ain't makin dem selves known, except by the group. And what he said was right. There were alot of masters alive during the Purge, Except no one really knew, like about 50 survived, which qualifies the fact that during the time of the empire, there where many dark force users, most of which were the emperoros acolytes but still. Anakin did in fact bring balance to the force, just not the way everyone expected
