I dont know if these will help in this case, but im sure they will give you MANY ideas.
http://nine.frenchboys.net/ is a place that I go to when looking for names for characters
As well, you can go to http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/ and look for each species, and look at famous members, and kinda just mush them together to make one uber famous memebers name
