High strength characters aren't too bad provided they're ballanced. I think Esoomians have enough disadvantages to offset their huge strength. And even with 7d strength and great armour if the ship they're riding in is vaped they still die.
Normally I go for the more cunning, quicker characters myself but I felt like a change and took an esoomian. And yes something has actually managed to hurt him |

I was loooking for the Yuzzum on google, and I came up with this (It doesn't seem to fit to me)
Dexterity: 2D / 4D+1
Knowledge: 2D / 4D
Mechanical: 2D / 4D
Perception: 1D / 3D+2
Strength: 2D / 4D
Technical: 2D / 3D+2 _________________ 'God gave you grace to purge this place

As long as those are stats for a Yuzzum, and not a Yuzzem then it’s fine by me. _________________ "My schooling not only failed to teach me what it professed to be teaching, but prevented me from being educated to an extent which infuriates me when I think of all I might have learned at home by myself." - George Bernard Shaw |

Nautolan are in D20 in Ultimate Alien Anthology but your guess is as good as mine for converting them. Sorry Dr. Gonzo. Anyone know where to go for that? _________________ wookies+lightsabers=bad day

I think that could be it, but they look different in my book, kind of like bipedal sabre-toothed tigers except with the tusks on the bottom jaw. _________________ "My schooling not only failed to teach me what it professed to be teaching, but prevented me from being educated to an extent which infuriates me when I think of all I might have learned at home by myself." - George Bernard Shaw |

Check your book. See if the Yuzzem come from Mimbam if so then that's the same critters. They've just been drawn differently

Nope, they are from Ragna III. _________________ "My schooling not only failed to teach me what it professed to be teaching, but prevented me from being educated to an extent which infuriates me when I think of all I might have learned at home by myself." - George Bernard Shaw |

Well either there are two very similar species or the ones in the comic book I referenced are not native to the planet they were encountered on. |

Could be, or perhaps they changed it, or that’s the name of a different planet. _________________ "My schooling not only failed to teach me what it professed to be teaching, but prevented me from being educated to an extent which infuriates me when I think of all I might have learned at home by myself." - George Bernard Shaw |

My all-time favourite alien race is the "Trianii". I really love cat-like beings! In addition their background story and culture is very facinating. I even created a character template for a "Trianii Ranger" loosely based upon the story of female ranger Atuarre from "Han Solo at Star's End".
Among my other favourites are "Wroonians", "Horansi", "Falleen" and "Squibs".
Cheers
