He then carefully puts his bracer and all related equipment back in his rucksack, tucks it under the console, then cracks his knuckles to begin typing in instructions. |

As Kabakh tells this to Cal, he thinks very briefly of Toba. While the idea might be a good one, and rather useful too, he is certain Toba will object to it. But if Qassar wishes for him to have access to the program incase his datapad breaks down, then he'll obey his wishes and suffer the hate Toba will throw his way. However, because of Toba's doubtless arguements he will not agree to it for himself.

Qassar orders Max and the treadwell into the hold of the ship. Once there he deactivates them, grabs his tools and starts to open them up. he begins by looking at their programming.
Now Cal hid his program to look like something else, so if there is anything in these droids it'll be hidden.

Qassar continues to work on the droids. He takes great care with what he is doing, making notes of where parts went and how it went together.
