Is there a gaming mafia? I didn't know you could get blacklisted.....but well, he did wreck the system......so I see why I'm just now finding out.
I guess he'll have to join the GM protection agency if he wants to ever run again.

I've learned the hard way that behaving like that only hurts everyone. If you don't like a game it's just better to not play. I hate to admit that I've taken the low road before....but I learned not to take it again.

like Enwin, i have learnt that not only does that hurt the group, but can sometimes backfire, by getting that gm to black list you as a player to other gms he may know.... IMO it is better to not even bother getting him to gm for you again.

Sheesh, I doubt I could have handled such lunacy without trying to take control of the game myself (& you thought the Vong war was bad?!  ). I've been playing D6 since first edition came out (I still use some of the earlier stuff--especially out of the Rules Companion).
Have you thought of trying to run a session yourself, to revitalize it in your group? Let them see what it's supposed to be! |
