I was wondering if there was a list of all the Advanced skills that people have come up with and how they can be used.
Eg Starfighter engineering _________________ The Vong have Arrived

Basically, if there's a Repair Skill for it, there's likely an accompanying Engineering Skill to go with it. |

The only other advanced skills that are based off NON tech skills that i know of are
m.arts (as most have them)
Dual wielding (based of melee/melee parry or blaster)
And 3 of my own which are below.
Ground/Air/Space Spacial awareness.
These advanced skills replace perception for purposes of rolling initiave, but can also add into a base perception roll to note ambushes. When first bought, they cost a flat 10 cp per # before the D of the user's perception (as if they were raising the attribute a pip). This gives them the base skill at their perception rating. Thereafter they cost rating X 4cp to increase, and can only be done so once per ten gaming sessions/modules. Each one is specific to where it is used... so air is for combat within the atmosphere of a planet when flying.... _________________ Confucious sayeth, don't wash cat while drunk! |

Can't forget Brainwashing and Genetic Engineering (KNO skill). Were you looking for a "cannon" WEG list? _________________ Xynar

I've been looking for a canon list myself for some time. I think I found one that is more or less complete, but I haven't seen any rules for starfighter egineering, and I thought that was mentioned in some sourcebook somewhere. |

Besides NPC stats having starfighter engineering, I don't think they actually cover it in a WEG book. Only medicine, brainwashing, civil engineering, and martial arts: Teras Kasi were ever truely covered in an official WEG book, if I'm not mistaken. _________________ Xynar

Droid Engineering may be found in Cynabar's Fantastic Technology: Droids. |

IIRC some others were contained in hideouts and strongholds. _________________ Confucious sayeth, don't wash cat while drunk! |

Yeah, there's several in that book as well. I had it at one point, but then the Things Beneath The Bed took it away. |

Ok... on the subject of advanced skills..
Does anyone know where "Lightsaber Repair" skill is listed, and, do you use it as an advanced skill?
I've seen on one website w/ a pretty extensive list of skills that it was listed as such, with a prereq of 5D in... something - I don't remember what at the moment... _________________ "Love like you will die tomorrow. Hate like you will live forever." - Unknown |
