and if episode one gets to be canon, so's the holiday special.

Actually the Holiday Special is becoming increasingly canon. If I'm not mistaken, the latest "What's the Story?" feature in the Official Site contains a background character from the Holiday Special. _________________ "He's Gry Sarth, of course he has the stats for them." |

Hiyo there, just registered today. Naturally I'm a huge Star Wars fan and bought the d6 WEG version like 7 years ago...couldn't get anyone to want to play it. I recently found it in my closet and realized that if I wanted to play, I could probably find a place online! |

Welcome aboard the Rancor pit! Glad to have every non-spambot we can get!
If you want to play on-line, you could probabley get on board the Bloodered Empire, which just started up. We just lost a player, and we're always welcoming anyone who wants to join in! _________________ "Your lack of faith disturbs me." - Vader |

Welcome aboard! Mind the rancor poodoo, our maintenance droid is a bit slow these days, and it seems the steaming piles get bigger every day, what with all the crunchy spam-bots Fluffy has to devour!
Hope you enjoy your stay with us! _________________ Check out some of my games at DriveThruRPG!

Oh hey, and intro thread. May as well toss some info out.
I'm a long time d6 Star Wars fan; it was the first RPG I'd tried, back in 1995 or 1996 and it has remained as a favorite system. I love how simple and straightforeward it is... and how it's strengthened a love I've always had for Star Wars into something... greater
I'm from Nova Scotia, Canada, near the Atlantic coast... it's getting cold here and that sucks. I'm soon to be a Graduate student, studying entomology, I'm a husband and father, an improv comedy performer and musician.
Not a lot more to say about me really.
I've been on the board for maybe 2 weeks or something and I've been enjoying it greatly. Thanks folks. |

Greenwood, looking at the map, would be about a 7-8 hour drive away.
Greenwood is the red star, and where I am is the purple star.
