I suppose this is as good a place as any to post this. A fellow over at RPG.net, GoldenApe, has started a Live Journal for Star Wars D6 info. It's mostly for setting and adventure ideas and other fan creations. He's just started it, so it's a little sparse.

What is it about LJ's? Personally I don't read them, I find them pretty boring, but this one I might look into.

Yeah, sometimes they're just somebody going on about themselves, but this one is for Star Wars D6 related homebrew stuff, so it should be pretty cool.

LJ is largely crap, but there are occasional gems in there.

I prefer it to myspace, myself. There are some pretty good people on there who are like columnists, for lack of a better term, and others are people I'm personally acquainted with. As with many tools, it's how you use it that determines its quality.

Absolutely agree with you. I pretty much refuse to visit myspace

but yeah, there are some really good writers on LJ, once you know how to sift past the angsty woe-is-me posters and find the good communities (like this d6 one could be)
