That's why the Empire is so fond of public executions. Nothing says 'I love you' like a firing squad. 8) _________________ Aha! |

The other PCs are well aware enough not to mess with the Imps, so there was no need for such.
As a side note, now several sessions after that, one of his characters is incapacitated outside the door of a black market middle man's warehouse which he had tried to take as a bounty for an independent contractor, and has come after this fellow before. Oh, and they are on Tatooine, so no real help going to be given. May have another escape = death situation for the brute. |

You should have his next mark go to Socorro... I would love to see how the folks there would take to his bounty hunting. _________________ Han - "How're we doin'?"

All sorts of mayhem to be had on Tatooine. Toss in a Tusken raiding party or two. If you're feeling really ambitious, have your hunter captured by Jawas. 8) _________________ Aha! |

Hey, I was gonna suggest the Jawas... He'd make a great hood ornament for their sandcrawler. |

Happened in Mos Eisley, so the Tusken or Jawa doesn't work. But figuring it out, I have yet to run the system since then. May give him the "If I see your face again, if I get word of you stepping foot in this city, you are dead" speach from the guy he was hunting. |

"Are you enemies?"
"Well, yes, we're probably SOMEone's enemies, since we're armed."
A friend of mine -- very experienced GM -- ran a few campaigns with a guy like this in them. Rather than killing him over and over -- which didn't seem to change his technique, and left the GM continually frustrated -- he devised creative ways to frustrate the player by hindering the character. Like confiscating and then accidentally misplacing the armor. It was all the rest of us could do not to bust out laughing, and it didn't help that the GM kept giving us knowing glances the whole time.
But being hindered in that way actually did result in the occasional actual moment of role-playing. We knew things were turning around when he would ask the GM to repeat or elaborate on the description of the character's surroundings. _________________ Train yourself to let go of everything you fear to lose. |

My other players tend to use a character like this guy ou are describing as a damage sponge. |

I tell you PRECISELY what you should do... Make your game a PbP here on the Rancor Pit, let me play, and the next time this yutz endangers the party, my character will KILL him. I've done it before, I got no problem doing it again. My characters like living. They are tolerant of others stupidity to an extent, but after a certain point, most of my characters WILL put another character down for the good of the group. |

Another happy option is to make the now-subdued character the next contestant on the Injection is Right! After all, this adventure IS about medical experimentation... |

Yeah... I can see it now.
"Let's see what happens when we take this perfectly normal (insert race here) and add a steady regimen of Ewok DNA..." |
