OK since I've Started playing (in the Days of 1st ed) I've come across three rules pertaining to going over to the Dark Side.
1) when you get a Darkside Point roll 1D if the Result is Equal or Less than your Total of Dark side points, Congratulasions You aer now part of the "Dark Robes Gang" if more your Free and Clear (for now)
2) as above but the 1D is concidered a Wiled Dice, so even if you have racked up 6 or more their is a chance however slim.
3) Willpower Roles, Score a Darkside Point Roll more than your Darkside Point total to prevent going over to the Dark Side, of cause the more Dark side points you have the more the GM can play with your head, even had a GM that made it so even if you wernt a Dark Sider and you where all fired up he could ask for a Willpower Roll (if you has DSP's) and if you faild he could make you do "Bad Things", Dark side points where also handed out for Smaller Infractions as well.
In your opinion which is the systerm to use? _________________ "Remember There Are No Stupid Questions-Just Stupid People." Mr. Morgan Blackhand. |

Option 1. Option 3 is the way the D20 system IIRC does things.
Though for option 1, you need to roll LESS than to turn, not less or equal too. _________________ Confucious sayeth, don't wash cat while drunk! |
