The Star Wars Artists Guild (SWAG) may have what you need. The image of Captain Ellis Hawke isn't exactly what you asked for, but pretty close I think.

I did these two using HeroMachine, but as Jamfke said you should check the Star Wars Artist Guild as you will probably find something even better. Something done by someone with more artistic talent.
As you can see, these are the same figure, just different skintones.
