That droid looks like an R2 unit with a gun. It's hard to picture that as being a member of the evil Ssi-Ruuk arsenal.

In the book the droids were described as looking like an R2 unit...

Don't forget the Ssi-ruuk that you are dealing with should have changed a bit as it's some time after the Truce at Bakura so unless the society is stagnant their technology nand culture should be a bit more advanced now

Is it just me, or does that look like a cute death star with a blaster rifle attached? All I need to know is how strong it is... I can imagine, big wookiee walks up to it and roars at it, a few minutes later his comerades are picking up his ashes...

As far as I know there are no human emotions other than fear that have any real effect on the Ssi-ruuk... Fear is probably marginal in effect unless there is a lot of it, like in a holding cell with hundreds of people waiting to be enteched... but that's what droids and P'w'ekes are for
