I mean: is this rule appliable when choosing the 7D for skills?
On the rulebook they only show examples with whole dices (e.g. 1D-2D), hence my doubt.

I'm not sure I totally understand what you're saying, but if I do understand you, then yes, you can break up dice into three pips and distribute them while using your 18D in attributes and then the 7D in skills. So, you can break up 1D and add +2 to your dodge and +1 to your blaster. |
