Wow, you've got the Species Stats book?! I didn't even know that book had leaked onto the net....
That was the first book I made, way before I joined this forum. Once I joined, I decided to update the book with all the new WEG PDF material I had gathered here. It turned out that there was so much material that it warranted two books. After those two were done, I went on to do another, and another, and well, you have them all.
So, Species Stats is an old version of both Aliens Stats and Creatures Stats. It's got much fewer species and some of it might be not entirely accurate.
Still, it's nice to see a ghost of the past return like that... _________________ "He's Gry Sarth, of course he has the stats for them." |

If you were using eMule, it probably got on the net that way. Thanks for the info, I figured it was something like that. I'll pass the updated versions onto my players. |

Is that an updated version of the ship stats up there? I knew you guys were working on one, wasn't sure if you got all the Ep.3 stuff in there yet. |

Hello All,
Back from a short hiatus and glad to see that Weapon Stats has been updated. At least that is my impression. Since I haven't been following the threads lately, I'm not sure. Is this true? I just downloaded it but haven't had time to open it and the first version I DL'd to compare. Cover and title page look the same so far.
Glad to be back

Weapons Stats hasn't been updated. As far as I know, there's nothing to update it with. The book is fully up-to-date. _________________ "He's Gry Sarth, of course he has the stats for them." |

For the Merc book, I figured I would do it as a Galaxy Guide, perhaps use the structure of the Bounty Hunter book. I have Scouts, but haven't read it yet, would it be safe to assume that they are organized roughly the same way? As I'm just starting out on the project, if anyone knows offhand of any Merc specific resources I can refer to, I'd be much obliged. _________________ Hokey religions and ancient weapons are no match for a good blaster at your side, kid. |

Humm.. as far as official info goes, I believe you'll find it skittish on Mercs... I think there's something about a few groups of them in the Cracken's books. But I'm not sure how mcuh you want to repeat material already published by WEG. _________________ "He's Gry Sarth, of course he has the stats for them." |

There's also something about them in the Outer Rim book _________________ "I take orders from just one person: Me!"

You're right in that I don't want to repeat WEG material. I do, however, want to see what they've done and use it as reference. I'm mainly looking for groups that have been named. The Blood Moons (if I remember the name right) from the Star Wars Adveture Journal would be one I would include, as well as any other ones I could find mention of. I have a few of my own creation that I'd throw in, as well. Mainly, though, I'm beginning to think about how to write it, and looking for input wherever I can find it. _________________ Hokey religions and ancient weapons are no match for a good blaster at your side, kid. |

Gry, which stats are you still missing for the Starship Stats RE?
I can get my hands on quite a few AJ for a few weeks, if I can help... |
