Just wanted to bring this site up to the forefront for a moment. There's a D6 Star Wars PBP game working on getting off the ground. We need at least one more person to participate in order to really get it going. It will be a pure Play by Post game, like the one Hellcat is running on this site. For the uninitiated, that means you post your own action (and no one else's.) The GM will either wait for all players to post their actions before proceeding, or if a number of players are online at once, the GM may opt to post for the absent player(s). Note: This does NOT mean your character will be written out of the game. It simply means the GM will allow the story to progress while everyone's on to make a few posts in response. He WON'T be killing off your character in this manner.
So, if anyone's got a bug to play a little SW, come on over! The link is included, and we're ready to go! |

| Well, everybody, I just wanted to publicize a SW D6 site that's predominately for PBP games. It's called the Heroes of Stanax, and there are quite a few play by post games running. Each game has its own forum and clearly lists who the Moderator is. These individuals can be contacted to find out if there is room for another player in their game. Most everyone I've talked to over there is more than happy to have new blood enter the mix, so come on over! |

Hey, thanks for giving us a shout out Jedi Skyler! I am a GM over there and we try to have a lot of fun. We are also big fans of the Rancor Pit, the most useful Star Wars RPG site on net! |

He's right, folks! RPD is running full-steam ahead, and is growing as well. It's a wonderful site, run by our own Jamfke, and it's a place for ANYONE who's into gaming to come and find resources, or perhaps even join into a game in a host of different genres. Most prevalent, of course, is SW D6. However, there are forums set up (or that can be set up) for games in any genre, provided there's someone who wants to GM it and people who want to play it.
So come on over and join the fun! |

If you're like me, you cut your teeth on this game before Star Wars ever saw print.
