I once used a few creatures from the Starcraft game. They fit very well. And they do even more now, considering the Acklay is a shameless copy of some of them. _________________ "He's Gry Sarth, of course he has the stats for them." |

LOL, it is! The acklay is totally a Zerg!
No it isn't.
I and some other GMs use the monsters from the Cthulhu mythos.
Garkhal has stats for the Predator (Yautja).
Some people use the Alien (Xenomorph).
Protoss and Zerg have been used, as mentioned by Gry Sarth.
I played an elf once. When I stated his age as 60 the dorks I was playing with at the time threw a fit because they thought his age alone made him a Jedi Master. ...they were not good friends... but I got to play an elf.
People have tried using others, but there are a lot of races in Star Wars already that cover what most people try to add. _________________ My backpack has jets!

I don't consider the Zurrog to be true Yaujta (predators) though they are modeled on them. I also have a race called the Hurrogival, which are like Illithids, in they are brain eaters. _________________ Confucious sayeth, don't wash cat while drunk! |

Me and my buddies argued over what would happen if you cut an Alien (from the Aliens movies) with their acidic blood what would happen with a light saber would it coterize so the acid blood wouldnt get all over |

If you didn't make too major of a slice, yes. But when wholesale limb-lopping, blood always spills. _________________ My backpack has jets!

I agree with Boomer on that too. |

What about in the movies like in the Clone Strike when Anakin had his arm cut off by Dooku |

Attack of the Clones, when the clones actually attacked.
Yeah, Anakin had his arm cut off and we saw no blood.
But we see Obi-Wan and Luke lopping off body parts and blood spilling.
Plus realistically the cooked blood on the surface will not withstand the pressure of all the liquid blood behind it in the veins. Many pounds of pressure are put out by most creatures hearts. And in the case of the Xenomorph acid is designed for maximum splatter upon wounding to ensure that the attacker is hit. The cooking will likely not solidify the blood, and sealing of blood vessels will not help if a major chunk is removed from the Xenomorph. _________________ My backpack has jets!

What about blaster shots? Would they let the alien Xenomorph get 'spatter damage'?? _________________ Confucious sayeth, don't wash cat while drunk! |

Nope. Tis all heat shock damage, flash frying like a railroad spike straight in. Blaster Bolts would not cause acid splatter. _________________ My backpack has jets!

I will buy the cut sealing thing for normal cuts, but I still hold to the idea that lopping off a limb will cause blood of almost any type to splatter. _________________ My backpack has jets!
