Would it be everyone involved getting a reroll, or just one person? What would be allowed to be re-rolled?? Just to hits/dodges? OR would soak/damage rolls also get to reroll? WHEN would they be allowed said re-roll..

IMO that's a big kicker.. IF and that's a BIG if, i'd let a high tactics roll, allow for a reroll
A) IT would just be the one who DID the tactics roll, getting it. NOT everyone else.
B) IT would be on the base skill, NOT damage or soak rolls.. AND only in the first round of combat..

Baring extreme exceptions, it would be just one character's skill roll, not a Damage roll.
