In short, did such a thing exist?
I know ram Kota led a human militia, but were there others, individuals or even units donning the clone armor that were non clone soldiers? |

Not that i'm aware of, but it is certainly possible. I imagine much like our real world mi108tias, more arms & armor is ordered so they'll always have more than what they need. There's more reasons then i can think of atm -i just woke up- but having stockpiles for resupply if/when supply lines are broken, they still can get what they need.
Enlisted troops probably not, they'd get cheaper armor, but high-ranking vets of other militias, or high-value specialists they may make exceptions for. _________________ Facing all that you fear will free you from yourself.

OR a base got taken over/evac'ed too swiftly, so armor/weaponry were left behind, and locals got ahold of it all. _________________ Confucious sayeth, don't wash cat while drunk! |

Officially sanctioned by the republic?
Doubtful - as the armor was also, a uniform - and kamino had the contract to provide both the clones and their gear.
Now, if you wanted to say - there the same manufacturer also made other functionally identical, yet different looking armor, that some planets used for defense forces - sure, sounds great.
I could see different planets (groups, whatever) with their own versions - add some "local flair" .... _________________ SW Fan, Gamer, Comic, Corporate nerd.
