I created a short document with a few prompts for a system agnostic setting (started as a fanfic screenplay idea) for roleplaying in the GFFA. A lot of players join games with expectations of what to find in a SW setting, and I thought it would be cool to create something to subvert those expectations. There are a few facts about the setting and its assumptions, but lots of blank spaces for GMs to add their own stuff...
Star Wars: The Corporate Era, set roughly 700 years after the films.

I will have to check it out when I have some time. I's an interesting idea. Though I would advise some caution when subverting player expectations in a Star Wars game, it has the potential to backfire. I have found with certain well known settings, players often want to play it because of their expectations, and if too much is changed, missing, or different they can feel betrayed. Just food for thought. _________________ "There's a set way to gain new Force Points and it represents a very nice system, where you're rewarded for heroism, not for being a poor conductor to electricity." ~Jachra |

Really useful and good idea. I checked it out and knew a lot about droids. Great job, dude. |
