There is Something Rotten in New Dubrava (Short Campaign)

From 15 May it will begin the short campaign (about 3+ sessions) with 6 players. Again, we will play it on the discord italian server of Blood Manor Games. Three of the players are old school fans of the WEG Star Wars Rpgs.

There is Something Rotten in New Dubrava

The Oplovis sector is vast, and not even the efficient bureaucracy of Moff Gul Reda can be everywhere. On some remote worlds, crime and even rebellion itself continue to thrive, aided by corrupt or incompetent planetary governors. Demuria is just such a planet. Heedless of the Empire and the New Republic, the inhabitants (Dubravan colonists) are more interested in looking after their own shady business. As Imperial Stormtroopers, it is your duty to ensure the protection of Demurian citizens, but also to make sure that any of their actions contrary to the principles of the New Order are severely punished.

Yesterday we played the first session of the short campaign (about 3 sessions) of STAR WARS Second Edition - There's Rotten in New Dubrava - The valiant Imperial Stormtroopers TK-626, TK-629, TK-627 and TK-620 led by Sergeant TK-622, during their patrols, came to a seedy tavern where they arrested two violent drunks. One of them, a Rhodian, attempted to escape by threatening his pursuers with his blaster pistol, but was caught up by TK-627 who hit him with his blaster rifle set on stun. Back at the outpost, they led the prisoners, including a pilot judged suspicious because of his "rebel" attire, to their holding cells. Later they had to assist Customs Inspector Drista, who seized a merchant ship because of the pilot's nonpayment of an absurd import tax. There really is something rotten in New Dubrava. We will play the next session on 29 May.

Yesterday we played the second session of the short campaign "There is something rotten in New Dubrava". The Stormtroopers continued to patrol the swampy town of New Dubrava. They speak with the owner of "The gambling house of Jarba", a man they suspect is involved in shady activities. They learn that the twi'lek dancer of the place is a clone of the famous Oola dancer, died years ago. Another stomtrooper "storm" the natives with annoying interpretations of the law earning their grudge. During the night the imperial outpost is stealthily visited by some intruders led by Katya M'bule, the pilot whose ship was seized from the imperial customs. Their target is the office of the Liutenant. The stormtroopers quickly defeat (stunning) the intruders who surrender and are arrested and taken to the detention cells, awaiting interrogation. The pilot has many many questions to answer.
