A belated thought: Lifeform Indicators are not technically a sensor. They're an analysis system that analyzes sensor data in order to discern whether the sensor contact is a living being. It's still using sensor data from the Full-Spectrum Transceivers and Dedicated Energy Receptors to generate its analysis, so having it work just against LFIs doesn't accurately represent how LFIs do what they do. By that reasoning, a character would show up just fine on a sensor scope, but the down-stream computer trying to figure out what lifeform it is would have a more difficult time. _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation.
