I believe they've bern converted from d20 stats presented in the NJO sourcebook from WotC.
You should try the Aliens Stats pdf. Search for that in the forums here and you'll find it.

There were a series of PDF's someone put out (maybe from this site) that had a bunch of generic NPC statted, one had just Vong in it but
I can't see them in the PDF collection on here and I haven't found them anywhere else online yet.

I'm pretty sure the Rancor Pit Library's got all the fanmade documents that BSDOblivion has at the D6 Holocron. If there are any fan documents there that aren't here, please PM me. Thanks.
