What are some good 1e resources for (1) having a decent listing of alien monsters, and / or (2) having guidelines on how to create those monsters?
In particular, I'm getting tripped up on how to determine speed codes for monsters in 1e -- is there a table somewhere that maps it out? Only things I've found are 2e material but they handle speed codes very differently.

I'm fairly certain there is a conversion document to take you to/from 1E to 2E and back. I can't recall which book this is in. _________________ RR

There’s a conversion appendix in the back of the 2E rulebook (blue Vader). Just run the 2E Move values through the conversion backwards. _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation.
