(someone who professionally appraises/restores goods for traders/pawn broker and even criminals, maybe even officials
I have not worked out adescription or background so this is a skeleton project, maybe someone has somedescription they see fit)

The thread title was sorry to say a little bit click bait, but this was very much inspired by these. I do find the concept interesting though, someone thant knows how to restore things more than be a mechanic, they should maybe have the art skill too but they still have the 4D KNO.
Also the people that can be seen as experts and appraisers would be intersting, and they could easily be part of guilds and more |

I don't think it is click bait. This post turned out to be exactly what I thought it would be from seeing the thread title.

Dude, I wish I'd thought of this when I was doing my scavenger splatbook. I totally would have included this as an character template.
Geez, I wonder why I didn't think to include stats like junk dealers, info brokers, and the like.
