Blaz's story starts with his great grandfather. Spiff was a mostly average jedi. There was two things different, one he could easily sense the currents of hyperspace, two he had a hard time abiding by the rules of the council. This led him to flee with his family to the outer rim, where he started a business trail blazing. His family grew to be a clan. They mostly all have some kind of sense.

Blaz growing up in the clan showed an aptitude for the currents and felt the call of exploration. He decided he wanted to be a ship pilot and started working for that. He is looking for a ship to be his own to go exploring finding new routes. He is also looking for someone to teach him more about sensing the currents. He knows he can be better.
