Well, my group got their first taste of being part of the Jedi Protectorate as the beginning of the battle to liberate Ryloth (again) started with three Star Destroyers with new paint jobs (and a variation of the old Open Circle markings, with a Blue and Green half-circles over Yellow), and two squadrons deployed.
As the group was in the command speeder at the time, and tied into the Ryloth Resistance's sensor net, they were able to watch as Blue Squadron and Green Squadron of "R-Fighters" deployed.
Then just the squadron commanders, flying as wingmen, advanced on the Imperial fleet of a two Victory-Class Star Destroyers and an Escort Carrier, which immediately started spitting out a wing of TIE craft, and more.
Which were pretty much just vaporized by two fighter pilots.
The Imperial Star Destroyers advanced forwards while the Empire forces wisely retreated.
The group is now back on the Moon of Mandalore, with the clan that has taken them in, waiting for their next assignment. |

So they watched the fighter commanders take out all enemy fighters?

| Well, they were on the surface, licking their wounds and smelling steak, so, yeah. The command car has an epic-level holoprojector to help commanders see a battlefield. Also makes for really good holovid nights. |
