|

Hey all,
So I have this Sith Spirit I used recently and I was thinking of keeping it around for another game, but I need a name. Anyone have any ideas?
Some info: It's a female spirit who is skilled in Sith Alchemy. So skilled, in fact, she can create Sith zombies. So far I'm thinking she was exiled or fled Sith space and settled on the world the pc's found her. That's all I have and needed at the time, but I'd like to expand her background. At the very least give her a name. I appreciate any thoughts from you guys. _________________ "This job is 90% talking to people and 10% shooting at them." |

I had a Sith NPC named Darth Path. With the assumption that Darth equals dark, it seemed to fit. _________________ "EXECUTE ORDER 67. Wait a minute, that doesn't sound like order 67..... No, wait. Yes, yes it does. EXECUTE ORDER 68" Palpatine's last moments - robot chicken. |

Or is that too literal?

Depending on what else your players partake in game wise, you could rob from Warmachine. There's a merc unit character that raises dead to fight for her. Her names is Alexia Ciannor. I find that Darth gets used too often for baddies and it trends to have the party 'raise shields' right away when they hear it. Using just a normal name also offers the option of a damsel in distress situation til she rips off the mask as it were. |

I've always had fun naming my Sith Lords after second or third century figures condemned of heresy. You've got plenty to choose from. You've got Sabelleus, Arius, Pellagius. There's no end of great names. _________________ __________________________________

In Max Brooks' World War Z universe, the virus that causes the zombie plague is called Solanum. If you don't mind poaching the idea, call her Darth Solanum _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation. Well, the sith spirit wasn't always a spirit afterall. Before she died she created a zombie plague that wiped out a planet's population. As a spirit she interacts with the world through possession. _________________ "This job is 90% talking to people and 10% shooting at them." |

After some serious thought, I've decided to name the spirit Darth Malice.
Thanks griff, and everyone for your suggestions.
Not sure if the spirit will return again, but if she does she'll be named. _________________ "This job is 90% talking to people and 10% shooting at them." |

Well my first suggestion would be Darth Morticia. In addition to death/grave themed names her focus on Sith alchemy would suggest the possibility of a virus so disease themed names would also make sense.
Titles based on achievements or personality traits would make sense both for a Darth title and other titles accumulated over their life.
In addition to zombies she most likely learned/developed other techniques as part of of developing the skills to create her zombie technique so any might warrant consideration. |

Darth Ghast (a ghast is an evil undead spirit and also the second syllable of "aghast"
Darth Sombra ("la sombra" is Spanish for "the shadow")
Darth Veil (spirits are "beyond the Veil")
Darth Tasm (the second syllable of "phantasm")
Darth Ravana (The 10-headed king of demons in Hinduism, alternatively "Darth Vana")
Darth Revenant ("revenant" is an archaic word for "zombie")
All these are just off the top of my head. _________________ Sutehp's RPG Goodies

As i understand you post, you are simply renaming a old character.
Darth Heredis (latin for Heir masculine/feminie form)
Darth Varis (azerbajani masculine/feminine for Heir) |
