				| Been away a minute, just thought I would pop in to spread some good news (at least I thought it was good news) Star Wars D6 by West End Games LIVES!
That is, back in July, Fantasy Flight Games released a limited edition set of the original Star Wars the Role Playing Game and the Sourcebook in a slip case. I am unsure if the material is first or second edition, but the artwork on the box is clearly first edition. Even though I already have those books, if I were not in financial crisis I would grab a set in a heartbeat, For those of you here who still need to get a set of the rules in printed form, this is a great chance. Who knows, maybe if demand is high enough Fantasy Flight may consider reprinting other books from WEG?

 Check out the material here:

				| Hi KageRyu. It's good to see you again. It's been a while.
The good news is that yes, they did re-create and re-print the first edition rulebook and sourcebook. Unfortunately, no, they don't plan to reprint any of the other books. It's a one-off to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Star Wars RPG.

Before we take any of this too seriously, just remember that in the middle episode a little rubber puppet moves a spaceship with his mind.

Hi KageRyu! It's been a few years. Welcome back! I hope the financial crisis is resolved soon.

Many of us here at the Pit have this, and we've talked about it at length since it was first announced last August:

 FFG Announcement/Fan Speculation

  It's Here!
And Star Wars D6 never died. It has always been kept alive by those who still play it. I personally have played this game in 36 of the last 41 years!
