What about if they injure or kill any of the security coming at them to stop them getting away?

I am assuming that when they hear the sirens they run to their speeder bikes, with a few shots in the air to get them to duck, but it could get hairy. They have a bit of leeway as this is in Imp space and a mining colony they works directly with the Imp Navy. They see themselves as working behind enemy lines more than being criminals. Still, I know where you are coming from.

It would become a much different moral decision if their "no kill mission" gets put to the test. I've had players on a few missions like that. When it gets sticky it got interesting.
