I know the game effect for Glitterstim is correct as printed by WEG.

Jedi Academy 86-87 (Glitterstem, it's the only official one I recall. Although that doesn't mean it's the only official one.). Here is the link to the WEG Index, it is like an index for all printed books.

Yes, it does. Someone else pointed me to that book and it indeed does have a section on spice and it's game effects. I don't have a copy of the book, only a PDF (acquired here  ) and I don't have acess to the PDF right now, so I can't quote a page number.

Might also want to check the Star Wars Sourcebook and the second issue of the AJ. Maybe any info on spice in the second issue made it into the Best of issues 1-4 sourcebook. Try looking up spice on the Unoffical Encyclopedia and from there checking the listed sourcebooks.
