Looks like we need a thread for this. Has anyone else seen any?
These are short vignettes (just a few minutes) for different characters from different periods including Rey, Leia, Asoka, Padme, and Sabine Wren. I've watched one with Leia set on Endor that explains a bit about her time with the Ewoks before Luke, Han, et al show up. Also one with Asoka running late to a ceremony. And a third with Asoka and Padme. The three I watched were fun. They are fairly light, cute, and seem aimed for a young audience. |

Those skull-like stormtrooper helmets used as drums always make me think that in the wild Ewoks probably are headhunters who eat what they kill and they completely elided that.
It was nice to see a little extra to explain why the Ewoks were so accepting of Leia when they seemed to want to cook Luke, Han, and Chewie.

I did like seeing when and where Leia got the dress she wears at the end of the movie.[/Spoiler] |

I just finished watching them, both Season 1 and 2, the other day. Some of them were pretty silly, including "Ewok Escape." But these are kids' cartoons, so that's to be expected. Seeing Ahsoka learn how to dual wield her lightsabers in "Teach You, I Will" was a nice treat. Overall, I enjoyed Forces of Destiny. _________________ Sutehp's RPG Goodies
Only some of it is for D6 Star Wars.
Just repurchased the X-Wing and Tie Fighter flight sim games. I forgot how much I missed them. |
