Occasionally, a rogues' gallery of sorts given that I've been collecting various images for RPG use for a long time now.

I sometimes print out a map and possibly a general 'in action' picture of various ships - the subreddit /r/imaginarystarships is a good place to look through every now and then. An example of what one can find there would be: https://cdna.artstation.com/p/assets/images/images/006/002/926/large/pete-norris-c6b77749813559-58bf4482ed956.jpg?1495329615

Once, in order to simulate a puzzle, I printed out some tiles with circuit traces on them, and the players decided to put them together in such a way that there was a connection from one corner to another. Which was the correct solution for that particular puzzle.

'Wanted' posters for the occasional Bounty Hunt (or the PC's own Wanted poster).

I gave out a load of computer logs they were slowly retrieving from an old Research facility. Some were corrupted, and they weren't in the right order (the players worked out that putting them in the right order allowed them to solve another, entirely optional, puzzle).

I have a Holocron to hand over at one point too.

I also had an old parchment I made. A planet with low tech, due to the atmosphere causing issues with electronics, had a written record of something the PC's were looking for (a reference to Dooku staying there when he was a Jedi). Reading it carefully, and doing a little more research, they found evidence that a young Senate aide named Palpatine had been there too.....

Players love handouts. I think it's the tactile nature of them. In a game of imagination, they suddenly have something physical to interact with.

I use a lot of fan art and secondary sources to get ideas for ships, stat them up, and then use that same fan art to show the group what the thing looks like.

It won't tell them, often, how dangerous it is, but it does get their imaginations going.

Character sheet templates that include a picture and such. We always find a picture (and even occasionally commission original art) to represent the PC.
Pictures of important or interesting NPCs.
Art depicting locations, ships, lightsabers, etc.
Planet Logs for selected planets. Including planetary maps. Sometimes the planet log is inserted in a drawing of a datapad to represent what the PC actually sees.
City maps. Building and other location maps. One time I made up a big set of random tiles to represent the Jumble – an area of crazy canyons that was the scene for a big battle. I did maps on giant graph paper (1 inch square squares) for a Hutt Palace and Gazi’s a combination bar/nightclub/casino/arena/bawdy house that showed up in two or more big scenes.
Various stuff written up using the Aurabesh alphabet. I did a custom fluorescent light style bar sign once.
For smuggler PCs their BoSS documents, captain’s license with picture etc.
For bounty hunter PCs wanted posters and a bounty hunter license with the PC’s picture. Later when I got Galaxy Guide 10: Bounty Hunters the rules include a blank Imperial Peace-Keeping Certificate.
