Lightsaber combat Forms

After looking through the descriptions of the martial arts specialization I wonder if anyone has done anything similar with the lightsaber combat styles (Form I-VII)?

Here's my version. It's based on the Dueling Blades optional rules, then treats Lightsaber as Form I, with Forms II-VII as Advanced Skills. It also has a bunch of optional rules you can add to the core rule.
