I have used lulu last x-mas for printing the REUP Mk II (black/white printing version) and the Medical Sourcebook (as reference for bw print of a colored book). The result was awesome! 
You can see some photos I have made on the bottom of my blog article.

No, I'm definitely going color. I don't care how expensive that is, it will be worth it! 8)

That is a very nice looking book, but (as I already PM'ed Snips) I'm looking for a hardcover, color interior book.
But even though this is not the book I'm looking for (see what I did there?), it still looks gorgeous.
