So, the official statement is that there are 60 seconds in an hour (qv. REUP p. 259).
Do they just not use minutes? Are there subdivisions of those seconds? Or is this considered a typo, and minutes having been omitted? _________________ "I've Seen Your Daily Routine. You Are Not Busy!"

Unfortunately, that is a direct quote from the 2R&E Rulebook. It's an obvious typo; I just ignore it. _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation. This error began in the original 2e core book. It was repeated in R&E, and mind-bogglingly somehow this glaring error was missed in both editions of REUP too. _________________ *
